Rundle Academy

Grade 4 – Grade 12

Unique among independent schools in Canada, Rundle delivers parallel College and Academy programs on two separate campuses. The Academy program meets the needs of students who have a diagnosed learning disability, with or without ADHD. Our students are in the average to above-average range of intellectual functioning but have difficulties with specific academic activities and skills.

Rundle Academy is a caring learning community where students have the space to develop confidence, self-esteem and motivation to excel academically and grow in their love for learning.

In September 2026, we will open our doors to an expanded Rundle Academy building. When the project is complete, 175 more students with diagnosed learning disabilities will have access to our tailored and specialized education.

Rundle Studio provides:

  • a dynamic, interactive online learning environment for students in grades 10–12
  • a learning space built to help students with diagnosed learning disabilities thrive
  • a program designed to meet personal learning styles

Academy Uniforms

Dressing for Success

School Uniform

At Rundle, we foster a sense of school pride in our students through school uniforms. These instill a sense of responsibility for their attire and allow students to focus on what matters — academics and character building. We encourage your child’s individuality to shine through their actions, behaviours, and thoughts.

Students are excited to take part in each division’s time-honoured traditions: graduating from the cardigan of the elementary grades to the burgundy blazers of junior and senior high and finally, to the anticipated black vests of their senior year.

Rundle uniforms are PFASs free (perfluoroalkyl chemicals) and provided through our uniform partner, Top Marks.

Rundle Spirit Wear

Rundle spirit wear can be worn on specified days throughout the year. Spirit wear includes branded sweatshirts, t-shirts, toques, ball caps, sweatpants, and more.

Spirit wear is only available to purchase through the online Rundle Summit Store and not through our uniform provider, and only during certain times of the year.

For the 2026-27 school year, the Summit Store is open:

    • June 26-July 26
    • September 25-October 4
    • November 13-22
    • January 15-24
    • April 9-18
    • June 25-July 25
