I always looked forward to going to Rundle Summer Camps because the coaches are so friendly, nice, helpful, and fun! I really liked that most of them were from our high school or used to be Rundle students. The sports camps were awesome! I participated in volleyball, rugby, soccer, lacrosse, and basketball. My favourite, of course, is basketball! I can’t wait for this year’s summer camps to start up again!
My daughter has attended the Rundle Summer camp program since kindergarten and this will be her third year. The summer camp coaches and teachers are amazing. Not only does my daughter learn new skills in a safe environment but she also creates memories and friendships while having fun. So happy for my daughter to attend again this year.
As a coach with Rundle College, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing kids. To be able to watch not only their skills, but also their confidence grow over the weeks is such a fulfilling feeling. I believe that providing kids with a space to try new sports and activities free of judgement or pressure is incredibly beneficial.
I am so fortunate to work with incredibly kind and compassionate co-counsellors, many of whom are either Rundle staff or Rundle alumni like myself. Our work environment is fun, upbeat, and conducive to building relationships with one another, as well as with the kids. My experience coaching at Rundle College’s summer camps has been nothing but positive and fulfilling — I am so excited to get back at it this July!
