An Unforgettable Evening: From the Meadow to the Mountain

On May 11, the Rundle community came together for an enchanting evening, “From the Meadow to the Mountain.” This memorable event was filled with connections, great music, food, stories, and laughter, all contributing to a night that all in attendance will cherish for a long time to come.

The soulful melodies of Michael Bernard Fitzgerald created the perfect soundtrack for the gathering. His music, complemented by the beautiful cocktail tunes provided by our friends from Entwined, set a wonderful ambiance for the event.

Adding a heartfelt touch to the evening, were Dr. Jason Rogers and our parent speakers—Heike Cantrup, Jehangir Appoo, and Mike Esfarjani. Their words echoed in our hearts and minds as a reminder of why we gathered in support of our Rundle students and the Head of School fund.

In a remarkable show of support, the event raised an incredible $35,000 for Rundle’s Head of School fund!

Attendees left the event feeling inspired and uplifted, a testament to the strong sense of community and purpose that Rundle fosters. For those who could not attend, the community looks forward to welcoming you at the next gathering.

As we reflect on the event’s success, it is important for us to include feedback from our community. We would love to know what you think we did well and what we could improve for future events. Whether you attended or not, we welcome your input in this very short survey.

Finally, a huge thank you goes out to event sponsors – without whom this event would not have been possible. To our Gold Sponsor: Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Alberta, a heartfelt thank you.

Thank you also to our Silver Sponsor, Choice Office Furniture, and our Bronze Sponsor, Origin Partners, for their incredible support of this event.

The evening was a beautiful demonstration of the generosity and spirit of the Rundle community, supporting students on their journey to being kind, curious, and well. See you next time!
