Small Class Sizes
These empathy groups allow our teachers to understand the unique characteristics of each individual student. Our teachers are able to help our students learn their cognitive patterns, setting them up for success beyond the classroom as they adapt lessons to their individual learning styles.
Excellent Teachers
Our teachers are all graduates of a university degree, most of which have also achieved a graduate degree. Compensations are reviewed annually and set at competitive levels that are comparable to the Calgary Board of Education salary grid. Paired with a comprehensive benefit package and a commitment to ongoing professional development, we continually invest in the growth of our team.
Differentiated Education
At Rundle Academy, many of our teachers have specific backgrounds in Differentiated Education. Additionally, Rundle Academy sets a high priority on professional development, with a focus on in-house training, which occurs on an ongoing basis. Rundle Academy teachers also participate in – and have been invited to present at – a wide variety of professional workshops and conferences in Alberta and throughout North America.
